Our pricing is transparent and based on industry standards. Basic cleaning for tarmac, patios, brickwork, or slabs is £3 per square metre + VAT. For mono-block cleaning and re-sanding, the rate is £4 per square metre + VAT.
Not when done correctly by a professional. We adjust the PSI settings for each specific surface type—for example, the pressure used for concrete would be too high for resin. We also use rotary surface cleaners to ensure an even clean without the striping or etching often caused by DIY lances.
Yes, re-sanding is included as standard with all our block paving cleans. We use high-quality kiln-dried sand to stabilise the joints and prevent blocks from shifting. The surface must be dry before sanding. Due to this, we usually return on a separate day to complete this step.
We can significantly reduce the appearance of oil stains using specialist degreasers and hot water treatment. While fresh stains respond very well, older, deep-seated stains may leave a slight “shadow,” but the improvement is usually dramatic.
No, you don’t need to be home—and many of our customers prefer to be at work while we complete the job. As long as we have access to the areas needing treatment and any side gates are unlocked, we can complete the work. Our van is equipped with a 650-litre water tank, allowing us to be fully self-sufficient for power and water. We will always send you before and after photographs once the job is complete so you can see the transformation immediately.
Most domestic driveways (2-car size) take between 2 to 3 hours to clean. However, we take as long as necessary to get the best result for you. The price we agree upon booking is a fixed price, regardless of how long the job takes.
