Blocked gutters are more than just a nuisance; they can lead to damp, structural rot, and foundation issues if left unaddressed. We utilise a professional-grade gutter vacuum system with carbon fibre poles that allow us to clear debris from up to 12 metres high (approximately 4 storeys) safely from the ground. This “no-ladder” approach protects your privacy and prevents any risk of damage to your gutters or roof tiles.

We use a professional gutter vacuum system and carbon fibre poles that extend up to 12 metres. This allows us to clear gutters safely from ground level. Our on-board camera system lets us see inside the gutters in real-time, and we provide you with before and after footage so you can see the results for yourself.
Our pricing is transparent and based on a per-metre rate. Basic gutter vacuum clearing is £3 per metre + VAT. If you would like a full clear and clean (including the exterior of the fascias and soffits), the rate is £6 per metre + VAT. Please note there is a minimum charge of £50 + VAT for all gutter services.
If you aren’t sure if your gutters need cleaning, we offer a Gutter Inspection Service for £20 inc. VAT. We will attend your property and use our camera system to check the condition. If they do need cleaning and you book with us, we deduct the £20 from your final bill. If they are clear, the £20 fee still applies for the peace of mind provided.
As a general rule, gutters should be cleared at least once a year, ideally in late autumn. However, if your property is near trees or has a flat roof, we may recommend twice-yearly or even quarterly cleaning to prevent blockages.
Yes. Checking and clearing downpipes is included as standard. Blocked downpipes are often the real cause of overflowing gutters, so we test the water flow through each one to ensure the entire system is working correctly.
Warning signs include water overflowing during rain, plants or grass growing from the gutters, sagging sections, or green algae staining on the walls below the roofline. If you see birds or wasps nesting in the area, it’s also a sign that debris has built up.
Absolutely. Our pole system is ideal for conservatories because we can reach all areas without putting any weight on the delicate glass or polycarbonate panels. This is often combined with a full conservatory roof clean.
